  • 10 Tray Blast freezer (-5F capability)

  • 60 Gallon Steam kettle

  • Walk-In 40 Rack Oven

Tenant membership includes Wi-Fi Access, Linen Service, Shared Cookware and Utensils. There are nine kitchen work spaces that can be reserved:

  • Prep space 1: 4’x6’

  • Prep space 2: 3’x10’

  • Prep space 3: 4’x6’ + 2’x2’ L Shaped

  • Prep space 4: 2.5’x6’

  • Prep space 5: 2.5’x6’

  • Prep space 6: 2’x4’

  • Range top 1 (up to 4 burners)

  • Range top 2 (up to 2 burners)

  • Range oven 1 (conventional, no broiler)

  • Convection oven 1 (no broiler)

  • Convection oven 2 (no broiler)
