Beginner

(hourly rate for businesses making less than $5000/yr annual gross income)

40 hours/month
Six Month Limit

 

●    Use of KOTB equipment
●    Reservation of up to two kitchen areas, and one piece of special equipment at a time
●    Limited dry storage
●    Limited, short-term refrigerator and freezer space

$100 Deposit (applied to first 10 hours)
1-5hrs: $25/hr
5-10hrs: $20/hr
10-15hrs: $18/hr
15-20hrs: $15/hr
20+hrs: $10/hr

 


Starter

●    Use of KOTB equipment

●    Modest dry storage

+ $18/additional hr

●    Prioritized reservations (2nd priority, behind those with full-production memberships)
●    Can reserve up to three kitchen areas, and one piece of special equipment at a time
●    Dedicated dry storage
●    Dedicated refrigerator and freezer space
●    Access outside of regular kitchen hours by special arrangement

+$11/additional hr

●    Can reserve the entire kitchen for up to 1 day per week (one five-hour slot), and up to four kitchen areas and one piece of special equipment at a time
